Your order will be prepared and shipped within 72 business hours after payment is received. Whenever possible, your order will be shipped sooner.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive another notification with its details.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method. We strive to ensure products are delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., issues with carriers or customs).

Transit Times:

  • Portugal Mainland: 1 to 2 business days
  • Portugal Islands: For shipments to the islands, please contact us before placing your order at: [email protected]
  • Europe: 3 to 5 days. This timeframe may be longer depending on the destination country.
  • Europe (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway): Shipping costs may include additional fees (e.g., Brexit fees), export handling, and customs clearance costs at the destination.

Transit times may also vary due to constraints, such as customs inspections at the destination. 1071 Fragrances cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. Additional costs and fees (e.g., customs) are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be attributed to 1071 Fragrances.

Tracking:

You will receive a notification with a tracking number upon shipment, allowing you to track your order on the carrier’s portal.

Returns

At 1071 Fragrances, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns according to the terms described below.

Return Conditions:

To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition for resale.
  • You have proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email).

Sending the Product:

If necessary, we may arrange for pickup, but the customer is responsible for ensuring proper packaging and covering the associated costs (which will be deducted from the refund).

Special Conditions for Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions, and shipping costs will be covered by us.

Be sure to send photos of the damaged or defective product to help us quickly assess the situation.

Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or replacement.

Refunds:

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send a confirmation email, and if the return is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for returns due to product defects or errors on our part.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, we suggest returning the unwanted product and placing a new order on our website.

Products Not Eligible for Return:

Some products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Sale items or items marked as “last units.”

International Returns:
