Prices: All prices shown on the website are in € (Eur) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. We are currently covered by the exemption regime under article 53 of the CIVA.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but any change will not affect orders already completed.

- Orders
Order Processing: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to suggest an alternative or process a refund.
Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but are subject to the right of return (see Shipping and Returns Policy ).
- Shipping and Deliveries
Order preparation and shipping: your order will be prepared and shipped within 72 business hours after receipt of payment. Whenever possible, your order will be shipped within a shorter timeframe.
You will receive a notification confirming your purchase after completing it on our website.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a new notification with the details of your order.
Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. We try to ensure that products are delivered within the estimated time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. problems with carriers or customs).

Mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 business days

Europe: between 3 to 5 days. This time may be longer, depending on the destination country
Europe: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway – shipping costs may be subject to additional fees (e.g. Brexit tax) and customs costs at destination.
Transit times may also vary due to constraints such as customs checks at destination. 1071 Fragrances cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional fees.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase, based on the destination and weight of the order. Additional costs and fees (e.g. customs fees) are always the responsibility of the customer, and no costs can be attributed to 1071 Fragrances.
Tracking: You will receive a notification upon shipment with a number that you send that you can track on the carrier portal
- Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. For the return to be accepted, the products must be in their original packaging, with no signs of use.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact us at: [email protected] , with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds: Once we have received your returned product and confirmed it is in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days using the same payment method as the original purchase. Shipping costs (including postage and other fees that may apply) are non-refundable, unless there is a processing error on our part.
